What happens in the free consult?
A free video call to get to know each other. Tell us what you have and what you wish worked, and we'll suggest where to start. There's no obligation to book anything after.
How do packages work?
A package is a prepaid balance of hours at a discount. Use it for any session: at the Lounge, by video call, or at your home, where the $75 travel fee comes out of the balance. Phone and email help draws half an hour at a time. Packages never expire, and unused hours can be refunded at the single-session rate.
Can I buy a package for someone else?
Yes. A package makes a good gift for a parent, especially one who would never book it for themselves. Buy it in their name and they can book whenever they're ready.
Can my family pay for my sessions?
Yes, and it's a common setup. We'll arrange it in a few minutes, and you decide how much your family is kept in the loop.
