Our work is built on trust, so this page is written to be read. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

When you book a session, join the email list, or send us a message, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation. When you become a client, we keep notes about the work we do together so we can pick up where we left off.

This website keeps no advertising trackers and shows no ads. We use MailerLite to manage our email list and scheduling, and Stripe to process payments. Both receive only what they need to do their job. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and analytics

If you say yes when the site asks, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets a few cookies in your browser. We don't use it for advertising, and we can't see who you are from it. If you decline, those cookies are never set. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

What we do with it

We use your information to help you: to schedule visits, answer your questions, and send the email you signed up for. Client notes stay between us. If a family member is part of your support plan, you decide what they are told, and we follow that.

What we never do

• We never sell your information, to anyone, for any reason.
• We never share your information for advertising.
• We never look through your files, photos, or email beyond what the work in front of us requires.
• We never keep your passwords. They belong in your password manager, not our records.

Your choices

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@hellolocalhost.com or call (510) 800-7290 and we will take care of it.
